- Quick & easy to install using a 23mm Forstner, or a 24mm Spade Bit
- Concealed flush fitting – into the head of the door and frame
- Door buffer included to ensure the door closes quietly with no slamming noise
- Completely concealed when door closed
- No protruding strike plate lip (unlike a roller/ball catch)
