Price and Payment

The prices payable for the goods that you order and delivery of those goods are as stated on this website at the time you place your order (subject to any errors). All prices stated on this website are inclusive of VAT. Please note that it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations, or within specific timeframes.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
  • Payment may be made by the methods stated on this website. Goods being collected must be paid for prior to collection via the payment method on our website.

Despatch and Delivery

One to two day delivery is offered if all items are in stock.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to the order being dispatched.

Time for delivery is given as accurately as possible but is not guaranteed. You shall have no rights to damages or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery time stated. In the event that you require a guaranteed delivery date, such date must be negotiated with us and expressly agreed in writing by us as being so guaranteed.

  • Unless otherwise expressly provided the point of delivery shall be reached when the goods are delivered to your delivery address, or to the premises of a consignee named by you or are collected by you or by a carrier paid by you which ever takes place first.
  • We shall not be liable for any losses, claims or damages arising from any negligent act, omission, misdirection or misstatement made by you, us or any courier during the course of delivery or unloading of the goods.

Returns Policy

At Direct Door Handles Limited we offer you 30 days to return any item from the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The items are undamaged, in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.
  • If items are returned that have being fitted they will not be refunded.
  • We ask that you follow these steps before returning your items:-
  • Inform us of your intention to return any items via telephone or email. This can be found at the bottom of any of the pages on our Web site.

Upon receipt of this information, customer services will send you a returns form, this must be completed in full and enclosed within the package for return.

Ensure that all goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging.

We recommend that you return your item using a signed for service that provides you with proof of delivery to us. We will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Please note: Carriage costs are not refundable and return carriage is payable by the customer.

We will endeavour to credit your payment card within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Damaged/Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that products are supplied faulty, have been damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered please email  enquiries@directdoorhandles.co.uk ensuring you provide the following details:

Please check your goods to ensure you are happy with them within 48 hours of receipt.

Please notify us either by phone 01283 480410 or email enquiries@directdoorhandles.co.uk to receive returns details from our office.

Where possible we also ask that you attach an image showing the fault/damage to the product you have received. In many cases this saves both time and money as replacements can often be sent without the need to return them to us first.
